Copyright infringement

We respect the rights of the authors and owners of the videos published on the site. Any user who uploads material to BAX.TV must act within the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan. When we receive a short notice of copyright infringement, we review the content published without permission and make a decision within 3 working days.
If you see a post on BAX.TV whose rights of use belong to you or to a person whose interests you represent, let us know using the form below.

Information for removing unlawfully published content.

1. Details of the work whose copyright belongs to you or to the person you represent: the year it was created/released, the author/director, etc.
2. The full URL of the BAX.TV page where the video is published. If there are several videos, give the links to all the pages.

Please note that requests without links to the pages where the videos are published will not be considered.

1. Describe how your rights have been infringed (for example, a sound recording has been copied, the video is a copy of your work, etc.).
2. Statements: 1) you claim that copyright and related rights have been infringed; 2) you hold the copyright or related rights, or you are the representative, authorised by a power of attorney, of the person whose rights have been infringed.
3. Confirmation of the documents establishing the rights, including a power of attorney given to you by the rights holder (distribution certificate, licence agreement, national film certificate, etc.).
4. Contact information (name, e-mail address, phone, position, organisation).

On receiving information about an infringement of your rights, the moderation team will check the details you have sent and promptly remove unlawfully published material.
